Starting at 12:01 on 1/27/25 and ending at 11:59pm on 2/2/25 entrants can complete an entry form at rewindasheville.com or 828newsNOW.com to register to win two (2) general admission tickets to see KC and the Sunshine Band at Harrah’s Cherokee Resort Event Center in Cherokee, NC on March 14, 2025. Total estimated retail value of Prize is $TBD. All eligible registrations from every day in the contest will be entered in a random drawing to select winners. Rewind 100.3 and 828newsNOW.com are simultaneously running the same promotion and all eligible finalists from Rewind 100.3 and 828newsNOW will be included in the selection of the winners. There will be five winners randomly selected from the pool of all eligible entries on Monday 2/3/24. Winners will be notified via email by 5pm the same day. Prize must be claimed at Asheville Media Group (1190 Patton Avenue, Asheville, NC 28806) during Prize Pick Up Hours (M-F, 9:30am – 2:30pm). One entry per person per day for duration of contest. Submitting more than one entry per person per duration of contest will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entries submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. Rewind 100.3 and 828newsNOW contests are open to all eligible participants who are legal residents of the United States as determined by the Company, aged 18 or older, and who have not won anything from 105.9 The Mountain or 828newsNOW in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. No purchase necessary. Asheville Radio Group’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. Asheville Radio Group will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prizes.
