While highly-charged protests have been sweeping across the United States and college campuses this week, a diverse group of demonstrators gathered Wednesday evening, May 1, at Pack Square Park, to demand Palestinian rights and an end to Israel’s occupation in Gaza.
Earlier, labor rights protesters marked May Day at the site by waving workers’ rights signs to rush hour traffic.
