Mix 96.5 and 828newsNOW are giving you the chance to win the Best Summer Ever Road Trip to Train Contest, courtesy of Train and Crush Music! To enter to win the contest, complete the form below to add your photo to the “Best Summer Ever” photo gallery. You decide what “Best Summer Ever” means to you…and we can’t wait to see how you’re enjoying the summer! On July 15, the public will begin voting for the winning photo! The photo with the highest number of eligible votes wins the Grand Prize! Once voting ends, and the Grand Prize winner has been named, we’ll choose five random winners from all eligible photo entries who will receive a pair of tickets to the concert.

Beginning at 12:00am on Monday, July 8, 2024 and ending at 11:59am on Sunday, July 14, 2024 entrants can complete an entry form at MyMix965.com and 828newsNOW.com, including a photo to be added to the Best Summer Ever Photo Gallery. All eligible entries submitted and approved for inclusion in the photo gallery will be eligible for a chance to win the Best Summer Ever Road Trip to Train Contest. There will be one grand prize-winning photo selected by public voting. The public will vote for the winner online at MyMix965.com or 828newsNOW.com from Monday, July 15, 2024, at 8:00am through 11:59am on Friday, July 19, 2024. The winning photo will be announced online at MyMix965.com and 828newsNOW.com by 5pm on Friday, July 19, 2024. 828newNOW.com and Mix 96.5 are simultaneously running the same promotion and all eligible entries from Mix 96.5 and 828newsNOW will be included in the voting and final selection of (1) Grand Prize Winner and random drawing for 5 winners who will receive general admission tickets to see Train’s Summer Road Trip tour on August 10, 2024. One Grand Prize winner will receive the Best Summer Ever Road Trip to Train Grand prize package which includes: (2) VIP Meet and Greet Passes to see Train’s Summer Road Trip tour with REO Speedwagon at PNC Music Pavilion Charlotte on August 10. Grand Prize Winner will claim their one-night hotel stay (August 10, 2024 in Charlotte, NC) by providing hotel booking information to representative from Asheville Media Group. Booking information will be submitted to a representative from Crush Music who will book the hotel stay and send email confirmation of hotel booking to winner’s email. After voting is completed, all eligible entries will be part of a random drawing to win a pair of general admission passes to see Train at PNC Music Pavilion Charlotte on August 10. There will be (5) General Admission ticket winners. The five general admission ticket winners will claim their prize via electronic transfer. Tickets will be electronically transferred to the email account under which contest participant registered for contest. Ticket Transfer will be ordered via TicketMaster/Live Nation and Ticketmaster/Live Nation will email winner notification that a ticket transfer is waiting for their acceptance. Voting is limited to one vote per verified email address. If an entrant receives irregular votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, WOXL Mix 96.5 and 828newsNOW reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. The WOXL Mix 96.5 and 828newsNOW Best Summer Ever Road Trip to Train Contest is open to all eligible residents, age twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry, living within 75 miles of the Mix 96.5 WOXL station transmitter(s) who have not won anything on WOXL Mix 96.5 or 828newsNOW in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
