ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — From Brews & Bears at the WNC Nature Center to GRINDfest in downtown Asheville and Bluff Mountain Festival in Hot Springs, the June 12-14 weekend includes festivals, concerts, outdoor events, theater and family-friendly activities across Western North Carolina.

Other events scheduled for the weekend include the RAD Half Marathon & 10K, Lake Lure Music Festival, Weaverville Music on Main, Asheville Art in the Park and several stage productions.

Brews & Bears is scheduled for Friday evening at the WNC Nature Center. The after-hours event includes beer from local breweries, food vendors, live music and access to parts of the nature center.
