Update: Man charged in fatal south Asheville motorcycle collision

Brandon Scott Owenby, 44, was killed on his motorcycle Saturday afternoon in a collision off of Hendersonville Road in south Asheville. Stephen Michael Poandl, 44, was charged by the Buncombe County District Attorney’s Office for a misdemeanor death by motor vehicle on Feb. 10.
