The winner will also receive a phone call from Asheville Media Group with official notification that they have won $11,000 Home Makeover 2025 Contest. As a condition of winning, the Grand Prize Winner will be required to execute and deliver to Saga Communications of North Carolina, LLC, a release and hold harmless agreement. The winner can choose to spend as little as $200 with any prize partner business and up to the full $10,000 with any prize partner business.
