HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (828newsNOW) — The Henderson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting that occurred late Wednesday in the Riverstone community.
Deputies responded around 11:30 p.m. to reports of gunfire in the area and discovered a home on W. Hiawassee Road had been struck, officials said.
The Major Crimes Unit is leading the investigation and is asking residents to review security camera footage for any suspicious activity between 11 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. on March 19.
