Etowah –Jo Ann Brown Kelley, 89, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at her home.
Mrs. Kelley was a daughter of the late Robert H. Brown and Annie Frizell Brown, and the wife of the late Roy Gene Kelley. She was also preceded in death by her son, Kenny Webb; and siblings: George, Ben, J.L., Clara, Ruth, and Vivian.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Tom Kelley; grandsons: Jeremy Webb (Liz), and Tyler Kelley (Julia); and great-granddaughter, Hazel.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, in the chapel of the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with burial to follow.
The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
