ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — The Asheville Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing juvenile.
Kelsey Billings, 14, is a white female, 5 feet 2 inches tall and around 100 pounds, with red hair that has been dyed black and blue eyes. Billings has pierced ears and a nose ring.
Billings was last seen around 1:30 a.m. on Friday, July 18 at a relative’s residence on Westmore Drive. At the time, she was wearing a pink tube top, grey sweatpants and pink low-top Converse sneakers. She has not returned home and her family is very concerned for her welfare.
