HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) —
NASCAR Hall of Fame driver Jimmie Johnson is making a pit stop in Hendersonville on Friday for a meet-and-greet with fans before he heads off to drive in the Coca Cola 600 on Sunday at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Johnson’s No. 84 AdventHealth Toyota Camry XSE will be outside the Historic Henderson County Courthouse, 1 Historic Courthouse Square, Hendersonville, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
From noon to 1 p.m., Johnson and team driver Erik Jones will visit with fans at a meet-and-greet event, according to a release from AdventHealth Hendersonville.
Johnson is a living legend in the sport. He was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame earlier this year. He is a seven-time NASCAR Cup Series champion and also is a Legacy Motor Club co-owner.
