PHOTO: APD seeking public’s help finding man wanted for threats, assault

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — The Asheville Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Daniel Alan Dellaguardia, 41.

Dellaguardia has open warrants out for his arrest after incidents on Friday, May 2 and Sunday, May 4 in downtown and south Asheville, respectively.

Dellaguardia’s charges are related to communicating threats and simple assault. He is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, weighing around 190 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair shaved on the sides.
