ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — Last Friday, Asheville Police Department officers arrested three 18-year-olds, seizing guns and drugs, following erratic driving on Oakland Road.
Terryon Demon Collins, Taaron Mikeith Andreis Griffin and Darius Mikael Tolbert were pulled over around 8:09 p.m. on Friday, March 20, and found in possession of concealed firearms and narcotics.
Collins was arrested under a $20,000 bond and charged with:
- Three counts of Resisting Public Officer x3
- One count of Carrying Concealed Gun
- One count of Injury to Personal Property
Griffin was arrested under a $15,000 bond and charged with:
- One count of Carrying Concealed Gun
- One count of Possession of Schedule VI
Tolbert was arrested under a $15,000 bond and charged with:
- One count of Carrying Concealed Gun
All three posted bond and were released the following day.
