ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — MANNA FoodBank was one of many western North Carolina businesses with physical locations destroyed by Hurricane Helene.
Nonetheless, the food security charity has endured. MANNA continues to extend aid to those in need in WNC.
This week, there are two opportunities to support MANNA.
Wednesday, March 26
All day today, there will be a tie-in promotion at Jersey Mike’s Subs to support MANNA.
For their annual Day of Giving, four local Jersey Mike’s are donating 100% of their proceeds to MANNA.

Sunday, March 30
This Sunday, Wine Walk Asheville is partnering with MANNA to present a three-route afternoon wine walk in downtown Asheville.
From 2 to 5 p.m., guests will visit eight local businesses on each walk, enjoying a red and white wine tasting at each location.
Tickets cost $60, or $75 for VIP, and can be purchased here.
