‘Cease Harm’ audit cites 108 ways to reduce inequality

Man faces drug charges, accused of throwing crack out car window

A man was arrested on drug trafficking charges Wednesday after he allegedly fled a traffic stop in downtown Asheville and then started throwing crack cocaine out of the window of his car, Asheville Police said in a release.
