One man has been charged and another is being sought in the bomb threat to the McDowell County Courthouse on Monday
McDowell County authorities are investigating another bomb threat at the McDowell County Courthouse.
A juvenile was arrested in the early morning hours of Feb. 14 in South Asheville for charges related to attempting to steal a motor vehicle and possession of contraband.
James Wesley Henry, 45 of Asheville, pleaded guilty today, Feb. 10, to one count of felony animal cruelty in connection with the fatal July 2023 stabbing of a dog named Beignet.
