John Terrell Foulk, 57, has been charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and failure to yield when making a left turn, Asheville Police said in a release. He was arrested and booked into Buncombe County Detention Facility on Friday and subsequently was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
