ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) – With temperatures as low as “Feels like one degree Fahrenheit” yesterday, schools are rightly concerned for the safety of students waiting at bus stops before the sunrise. To hopefully prevent students catching frostbite, many schools delaying the start of school or shifting to remote learning.
