ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — The North Carolina Arts Council has announced the recipients of its 2025-26 grants in all 100 counties across the state. The 373 grants will support nonprofit arts organizations, schools, after-school programs, municipalities and more.
The Arts Council awarded 24 different grants to Buncombe County alone, totaling $570,922 and supporting everything from the Asheville Art Museum to Claxton Elementary School.
