ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — Star Grant, 16, and Devan Loving, 28, have been indicted by a Buncombe County grand jury for the murders of Sharon Grant, Kimberly Grant and Travis Grant, as well as felony conspiracy. However, court records indicate the murder indictments are split between the two suspects.

Differing indictments

According to North Carolina court records, Star Grant was indicted by a grand jury Tuesday, June 2, on felony conspiracy and first-degree murder charges in the deaths of Sharon Grant and Kimberly Grant, though not Travis Grant.

Meanwhile, according to court records, Loving was indicted by a grand jury Tuesday, June 2, on felony conspiracy and first-degree murder charges in the deaths of Travis Grant and Sharon Grant, but not Kimberly Grant.

Loving was also charged with felony Abduction of Children, but has not been indicted for the charge.

Loving and Star Grant will be seen in court for a disposition hearing on 9 a.m., Thursday, June 4 in Courtroom 003B of the Buncombe County Judicial Complex.
