HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — This weekend, walk with your community in a celebration of healthy heart education at the Blue Ridge Mall in Hendersonville, N.C.
“Steps for the Heart: Community Walk to Celebrate Heart Month” will be held from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 22 at Blue Ridge Mall, 1800 4 Seasons Blvd., Hendersonville. The walk is organized by AdventHealth Hendersonville.
What you need to know
“This interactive walking event is all about celebrating heart health in a fun and engaging way. As you walk, stop at educational stations filled with expert tips, resources and information from heart health professionals in the community,” Blue Ridge Mall wrote in a Facebook post.
The interactive stations at the indoor walk will feature activities, giveaways and more hearty health resources.
Registration is not required for the event.
