ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — Buncombe County government phone lines and some services are unavailable Tuesday morning because of a Spectrum outage, county officials said.
The outage was reported as of 9:20 a.m. Tuesday.
The county said its 911 communications system is not affected and remains fully operational for emergencies.
Residents should call or text 911 only for emergencies.
Buncombe County officials said they will provide updates as more information becomes available.
