The Asheville Police Department has arrested Michael Matthew Murphy Jr., 44, as a suspect in a series of indecent exposure incidents in downtown Asheville. Murphy has previous convictions for indecent exposure dating back to 2016.
APD officers responded to reports of a crash around 3:37 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26 at the 2160 block of Hendersonville Road. No charges will be filed.
