River Arts District art gallery Pink Dog Creative will feature the work of nine artists displaced by Hurricane Helene in a new art exhibit, “#RADstrong,” which will run from July 18–Aug. 17 at the Pink Dog Gallery, 348 Depot St.

The classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical “Oklahoma!” opened the Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre “Season of Artistry” on May 23. The show will run until June 8 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Owen Theatre, 44 College St., Mars Hill.
The Appalachian Barn Alliance will hold their 5th annual art show gala, “A Pastoral Palette,” at 5:30 p.m., Friday, May 30 at the A-B Tech Ivy Building, 10 Genevieve Circle.
Presented by the Liberty & Health Alliance, the “mega clinic” will be set up from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., June 4–6 at Harrah’s Cherokee Center in downtown Asheville.
